On the basis of courses offered , countries have designated different qualifying entrances 

USA:

best GRE score:
between 1000-1200
best TOEFL score: 
between 80-95

for students joining in management courses they need good GMAT score instead of GRE .
Many universities are asking for work experience . So TOEFL should be compulsory .
best GMAT score :
between 500-650

best TOEFL score :
between 80-95

CANADA

many universities in this country are not asking for GRE . For top rated universities it necessary to have good GRE score . But TOEFL , IELTS are compulsory. But in Canada IELTS is more valuable then TOEFL .
best IELTS score :
between 6 - 7.5 bonds .

U.K.

in majority of universities in U.K. TOEFL/IELTS are not necessary . But English marks in intermediate/+2 should be good .

best IELTS Score : 6-7.5 bonds .

AUSTRALIA/NEWZEALAND

in these two countries TOEFL is not allowed ... So writing IELTS is compulsory . They will permit even though getting less marks .
